Tutoring Services Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Refunds for Unused Hours: We offer refunds for unused tutoring package hours within 14 days of purchase.

Partial Refunds for Uncompleted Hours After 14 Days: After 14 days from the date of purchase, we do not offer partial cash refunds for uncompleted tutoring hours. However, to ensure you receive the full value of your purchase, all remaining unused hours will be held as credit on your account and can be applied towards future sessions. We are committed to working with you to find suitable make-up session times that accommodate scheduling changes. In cases of significant unforeseen circumstances or extreme dissatisfaction, please contact us directly at michael.vs@beyondthedesktutoring.org to discuss potential alternative solutions at our discretion.

Refunds for Completed Hours: Partial refunds for completed tutoring hours are not offered.

Cancellation Policy: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session charge. This helps us respect everyone's time and allows us to support more students.

Emergency/Dissatisfaction: In cases of emergency or dissatisfaction with tutoring services, please contact us immediately at michael.vs@beyondthedesktutoring.org to discuss potential alternatives or resolutions.

Product Returns & Refunds (Supplements & Merchandise):

Beyond The Desk's physical products, including supplements and merchandise, are produced on-demand via our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is unique and created specifically for your order.

No Returns or Exchanges for Customer Errors: Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors: In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund. To report such an issue, please get in touch with us at michael.vs@beyondthedesktutoring.org within 30 days of product delivery. You must provide clear photos showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., due to an incorrect address provided by the customer), you may have the option for a reprint (which may incur an extra charge) or a partial refund.
